By request, I am writing this post to describe ways that I use AI day-to-day as a product manager.

Every other clickbait business article these days is about in-office versus remote versus hybrid.

Imagine your boss just informed you that they’d like you to lead a committee.

This week, we will follow up last week’s post about monolith vs microservices by discussing how you can incorporate this change into your roadmap.

If you’ve worked at a software company recently, you have probably heard the phrases “monolith to microservices” or “service oriented architecture.”

I’ve been on a bit of a self-reflection kick of late.

I’ve been working with the same engineering team for about a year and a half now, and one problem that keeps rearing up that we struggle to solve long-term is one of a lack of focus.

So I had an interesting job change recently.

I recently had the pleasure of organizing and executing a risk brainstorming session for my department.

Earlier this year, I was laid off, and it was honestly one of the lowest points of my life.
