The First Official Race for the Badwater 135-Mile Ultramarathon Race was in July 1987 and this year’s edition (2026) is the 39th edition.

For the past 3 years (2023, 2024, 2025), the BDM 102K and BDM 160K Ultramarathon Races were handled by the Zamboanga Trail Runners as per verbal arrangements from me.

I just bought an Adidas Pureboost 23 Size 9.5 in Blue color at the Adidas Outlet Store located at the Total Gasoline Station, NLEX, going North.

Today, May 25, 2026 is the Last Day of LOI Submission for the 2027 BDM 160K and 2027 BDM 102K Ultramarathon Races.

As of May 22, 2026, I have received 330 runner-applicants through the Letters of Intent sent to join the 2027 BDM 102K Ultramarathon Race which will be held on January 16-17, 2027.

As of today, May 16, 2026, I have already received 370 e-mails from runners who submitted their intention to join the 2027 BDM 102K and BDM 160K, combined.

It was only last month, April, that RUNRIO Events had announced the conduct of the Galaxy Manila Marathon 42K where the route runs along the famous EDSA Avenue in Metro Manila on June 12, 2026.

2027 Bataan Death March 160K Ultramarathon Race I still consider this event as the First Official Road 100-Miler Event in the Philippines which started in 2010.

Since the First Edition of the Bataan Death March 102K Ultramarathon Race (BDM 102K) in 2009, each runner should send a Letter Of Intent to the Race Director/Organizer.

As of July 12, 2025, I have accepted 70+ Letters Of Intent from Runners who have the intention of joining the 2026 BDM 160K Ultramarathon Race. 50 Runners will attempting the coveted BDM Grand Slam Trophy which is an award to runners who have finished the…
