A 4am start.

The British summer heatwave has arrived.

My poor Lisabet is still fighting COVID-19.

COVID-19 is in da house. 2 years and 3 months after the initial UK-wide Lockdown announcement, my poor Lisabet has contracted the virus.

2022 has got more twists and turns than a goat’s intestines.

It was time to show Dad the glory of Grisedale.

To start, I need to make a few disclaimers.

2022 has been fuckin’ wild so far.

I wanted to see a lot of bluebells one last time for this year.

It’s been a while since my last post, for which I can only apologise.

Our Loch Lomond holiday is over.

Wednesday was looking like another glorious day!

The rain finally ceased.

Loch Lomond and the Trossachs attracts people from afar for its lochs and mountains, of course.
