So here it is, as promised.

I've gotten several concerned emails (and a few comments here) lately, so I'll reply to you "all" here.

Analogue vintage electronic music for you.

It’s my great honor and pleasure to introduce Crazy Monkey - who runs two excellent music blogs: The Flying Zoo and Distorted Cortex - with this, our first (but not the last) collaboration together.

With «Music for contemporary dance choreography» as the subheading.

I was compiling a similar, but darker mix and this one is mostly made out of the considered tracks that felt too outright beautiful to fit within that context.

There is quite literally an infinite supply of unheard musical treasures of the past to dig for, discover, love and to share.

It’s just a lighthearted, summer mix for you all to enjoy in the warm breeze.

I don't know for how long it's been down, but it's up again now:) (just click on the image).

I always thought it was from a poem but I can’t seem to locate it anywhere, so maybe it’s just a local saying.

In essence an Exotica-mix, but that only makes up for about half of its musical content.

A lot of rhythmic/percussive music feels like being taken on a ride, and when the music quiets down or loosen up - it’s like they’re wandering along.

UPDATE: I noticed I had two versions of the same song: Ali Beirut's Orientales - Chifti and used one on Age of Gold, and the other on this.

Nothing deep or conceptual about this one:).
