Today I revisited the Bryce Breon Hiking Trail on the Gunflint Trail.

I knew it had been awhile since I posted a blog but I hadn’t realized it had been a full year.

The Gunflint Trail is a magical, wonderful place to be any time of the year but especially during the winter.

It’s that time of the year again.

We’ve experienced some cold weather this past week.

If you are on social media then you probably already know about the birth of Aurora Ritter back in September.

Any time spent on the Gunflint Trail is time well spent.

There are still people heading into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness and now those folks will have to make due without a campfire.

I’ll start with the good news.

Boundary Waters Canoe camping trips are supposed to be unforgettable in a good way.
