I admit I was somewhat rattled when I read the latest government report on life expectancy for men and women.

We have new neighbords, an Amish Family is moving across the street.

This has been a beautiful end to summer: just a few hot days, tons of mosquitoes and bugs, lots of meditation, and I’ve plunged full force into my life as an aging man.
