Welcome, my friends, to dumbphone summer.

tldr: I installed console-only Debian on an old laptop (no desktop OS at all) I added some packages to make it work better for writing: network-manager for connecting to hotspots while I'm away kmscon for custom fonts and more than 16 colors in the tty tm…

I've used GrapheneOS for three years now as my everyday mobile OS, and I'm satisfied with it!

First off, thank you SO MUCH for all of your support over the last week as I've built up this new blog/newsletter.

I've ported my WordPress site (still hosted at vkc.sh) to Ghost, a newsletter and blogging platform which I've had my eye on for a bit!

I use Clonezilla, a live USB Linux environment, to back up my devices.

Aside: this post refers to "this blog" - that blog was the WordPress blog I hosted at vkc.sh.
