And in typical cyberpunk fashion, I had to put the deck together from whatever parts I could find.

My deck was finally starting to take shape - I just needed to patch together a working driver for the PAN transceiver.

In Botnet of Ares, Aspects are thematic & mechanical elements which represent different approaches to exerting influence onto the world.

Botnet of Ares is an incremental hacking roguelite set in a cyberpunk world where everything is connected.

The growth of Ares does not go unchecked - as it grows and becomes more powerful, it will encounter killer ICE which will destroy the botnet unless dealt with appropriately.

Progression in Botnet of Ares is defined by increasing Ares' computational power, unlocking different types of machines to exploit & gaining the ability to exploit more machines simultaneously.
