I get very life reflective this time of year. after I get home from my birthday trip every year, I isolate.

One of the places I take walks only gets water ripples on one side of the lake.

Closing some loops, though it's been a while since I've been home.

when you're taking your walks wondering why that person keeps snapping photos of nothing, I just want you to know that they might just always be in awe at how the Sun shines through trees. capturing the shadows of similar worlds on the ground... and loving

It's not the only time of year that I visit them but I especially like them in summer because they tend to be heavily shaded and become a nice reprieve in the summer sun.

One of my 101 things in 1001 days goals was to take a picture of the same place every month for a year then make a calendar out of it.
