Well as hazy as this run felt in my head and legs, I guess I got it done just in time as it seems like it is going to just rain all afternoon.

One thing to make you run a little quicker is right before you head out a meeting get scheduled less than 60 min later and you still want to get to the minimum millage you had set out for yourself for the day

Well I completed the millage I planned to do after feeling under the weather this week.

Finding Old Conversations I ran across this email from my daughter from March 20, 2020.

Knowing I am not feeling top notch (I know I shouldn't probably run at all) I started this run with very little expectations thinking lets get 3, then it was ok 4, and by the end I still put in my 10k as I probably normally would have.

Found an interesting and good place to eat dinner on Saturday night after the hockey game with some of the other parents.

My go to when I am feeling under the weather is drink as much liquids as possible that have all the Vitimans in there.

Had been feeling off all day thinking I might becoming down with something but kept saying it was in my head.

It did not even stop raining at any point during this run.

Another great day out today but only had time for a short run today.

Not far into my run I did my good deed for the day and moved this fallen branch off the sidewalk.

Some meeting this morning got canceled and left a nice block open in my calendar that I filled with a run.

Good way to start of the week with a longer run than a normal day.

Holiday Road - Music Video Out running today I ran across an intersection at "Holiday Road," and, not to date myself too much, that got me thinking of the National Lampoon's Vacation movie, since it was the intro to the movie.

With the cooler weather today I was kind of hoping for something better.

Short run today and much nice out.

Found some time today to get a run in.

After golfing 9 holes this morning with my wife and son I decided to pile on the steps this morning by getting a run in.

April and I got up early today to play a short round with our oldest.

The whole family went out golfing tonight!

Time to do some digging to see why my NAS backup has been failing for the last 4 days 🫣 I am guessing it will be something simple in my script because of a password or IP change but we will see.

This is probably the worst part of the run today is that during a sidewalk construction area I had to jump through some mud and now my “Nightlife Glow” shoes are dirty. 🥺 Poor glow shoes got ruined…😭

This run despite the humidity felt great.

Got back from my youngest cross country meet earlier than planned so I decided to get a short run in.

Of course there was swim practice during the day for the youngest because who works?

Morning run today before work.

While my oldest daughter was at a hockey practice tonight I decided to make the most of it and get a run in.

Didn’t realize I had run out of coffee today inside but was saved by this full bottle I remembered I put in the garage fridge last weekend

Legs and body were tired for this run.

Short run today in between meetings and other things.

After getting the doodle settled this morning as my wife was hanging around before her workday started, I decided to head out for a run.

Sometimes I do my best thinking and reflecting when I am on a run.

Poor girl seems to be having some issues with her back legs and doesn’t seem to be getting better so here we are at the vet today

I decided to get my long run in today and wasn't really sure what to expect.

Since my son is out of town I decided I would take his car in to get an oil change so I dropped it off early and ran home to get my run in for today.

Since my daughter had hockey shooting practice so early in the morning I did decide to just start running after I dropped her off.

After being at the Iowa State Fair yesterday I decided to take a break working in the hotel today to get out and explore.

Decided to get a short run in today before Hockey, Golfing with my son, and then driving to Iowa.

Forced myself out of bed early today to get these miles in before work.
