According to this BBC report, Nissan has introduced *cold* Cup Noodles (the video shows Salt Lemon Chicken and Spicy Kimchi flavors), which took 5 years of development, and is apparently sold out after going viral.

Just in time for the Holidays…*next* year maybe… This is a concept that was submitted to Lego, and might possibly see the light of day!

I’m really tempted to serve this at Thanksgiving, just to see what happens.

Regular readers of this blog are probably familiar with Momofuku Ando, the inventor of instant ramen.
