feeling so happy and grateful this morning. a weekend of asana practice, meditation, learning, and seeing my friends!

saw the drama last night. fun watch, great editing/score. plot was C tier at best and the drama was much less dramatic than i expected.

yesterday a friend expressed surprise at how off putting ai sounds. he was especially bothered by the idea that ai represents the "average" of its training data.

feeling so much gratitude and inspiration in yoga right now!

i love to move. hot yoga last night soothed anxieties i didn't know i had. thankful!

As I deepen my yoga practice, I'm working to better articulate my own experiences to learn from and, hopefully in the future, teach with.

i still have nothing to do at work.

i have NOTHING to do at work. and i mean NOTHING. i haven't had anything to do for the last three+ weeks. i guess it's more discomfort than anything that I'm feeling, which isn't a bad thing. i keep having to rationalize my feelings. idk.... we'll see

immensely thankful for my lovely pets, coworkers i truly enjoy working with, an amazing partner, the best of best friends, and family i miss dearly
