A story that is too bizar and funny to not write down, so here we go...

this week I finally felt like I had a little bit more energy than I had the last 3 months. that felt amazing!

➜ oh how I love starting my weeks in the swimming pool!

today I was reminded again why I have such a ‘suck it up and keep going’ attitude - I saw the rheumatologist for results and it was frustrating. my inner angry lion is coming out to roar and I'm trying to dance off the angriness to loud music in the living

Today was the long awaited day that I got my results.

➜ the week started a bit hectic. our car didn't start in the morning, so the husband biked to work.

➜ Monday started with a hike. a short one again to get used to it. it’s hard at the moment, finding out how much movement my body needs and what is too much and results in more pain. the balance is gone, but I’m sure it will one day come back. ➜ at the end

If I had to describe August in a few sentences it would be: the longest wait, getting more sick and tired by the week, not feeling like myself anymore and adjusting to a new version of myself.

➜ hello new school year!

when life gets a little busier, or when life throws something at me that takes up a bit more headspace... the blogging and journaling slows down a bit. something I read regularly at roberts blog. blogging has it's ups and downs.

➜ wow, 6 weeks of school holiday flew by!

just a quick update about how it’s going… I’ve started working again this week after a 2 week holiday break and it has been HARD.

Just a genuine question that came up in my mind.

➜ after my great citytrip weekend it was my first day at home again with D. back to normal. the day was mainly filled with our new hobby, sticker by number (like paint by number, but with stickers!).

It was a very warm day in the studio, but it's a productive one too!

July was quite the month!
