I am in th middle of a two and a half day break from work (I got two days off in a row for the first time in a month and a half!)

i looked into online therapy again and spent the last hour ruminating... now it's time to go to sleep and hope I can get six hours before my shift later

I’ve heard of people saying that when they were in school they took part in an activity where they found a penpal and connected with some stranger in a different state or country.

I decided to spend my time writing outside this morning so I could even out the farmers tan I'm developing from work... my face and neck being so much darker than my body make me look crazy :((
