mauvelily's musings

I revisited the musical Come From Away this weekend.

It sucks getting sick during the summer.

Listened to Lindsay Buroker's podcast version of THE EMPEROR'S EDGE because I prefer this narrator over her fave narrator, who I don't really vibe with.

A reminder, Peter Peter's Heated Rivalry original score is out now!

Or, audio lately SEA OF LIES podcast Very bingeable, I recommend.

Soo, I just found out that Design Cuts closed down shop earlier this year.

Music The NELLY FURTADO tiny desk concert pleasantly surprised me. 😍 I've already watched it 3 times now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?

Randomly found another new-to-me Free Little Library, yay, loving the local options.

Finally got a more modern laptop, and currently testing a new phone on android 14.

My holiday was bleh I met up with an out of town friend before christmas, and I'm fairly sure they passed on whatever they were coming down with.

Book highlights, mostly science fiction The majority were library borrows, here's a recent-ish list of some of the better reads for me.
