What a winter it has been.

In August the Canadian Cancer Society are doing a “Hike for Cancer” which is a minimum 30km hike.

Today we hiked the Mi’kmawey Debert Interpretive Trail. 4.5km mainly through the trees, up and down the former glacial valley at the foot of the Cobequid Mountains.

After the news that former US President Joe Biden has an aggressive form of prostate cancer, I would encourage all men over 50 (over 45 if black or with a family history) to get their PSA tested.

When I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, I joined the Prostate Cancer – Patient Empowerment Program or PC-PEP.

With the disgusting comments about Canada from the US President plus a general dissatisfaction with the behaviour of the large tech companies in the states I have decided to continue my efforts to move away from these services.
