linwood times

after a 4 month hiatus I'm back to updating my website (despite still being super busy at work)!

it's the first day of spring and so I've updated my spring event page!

I don't have any new art yet but I did update the art gallery layout!

it's almost time to start gardening again, so I've updated my garden page!

Today is my website's 4th birthday!

The recipes page has been updated to the new layout, and now each recipe is a lot easier to read on mobile!

The blog page has been updated to match the index page, and I'm working on updating all the blog entries. hopefully this will encourage me to get back into writing!

The index page has gotten a makeover because I wanted it to look more open and inviting!

So much happened this year I almost don't know where to start, but despite everything this has been one of the best years of my life.

I made a page for a new hobby I picked up: nature journaling!

I made a garden webring so I could see everone's gardens and plants!

I've always wanted to make free to use layouts for anyone to use and now I have!

a mysterious portal has opened in the woods, I wonder what will happen if you go through it?

I've been wanting to set up an egg hunt as a fun little springtime game for a long time, and now it's finally here!

I made a page for random pngs that I like that you can click and drag around~ because I love making silly pages hehe

I've updated my garden page for the 2025 growing season~

I made a page for my media shelf, which is basically where I write about the latest games, books, and tv shows I've been into. :)

I put my heart into coding a new valentine's page and I'm very pleased with the scrapbook-like look of it!

Whew what a year it’s been!

I played Dragon Age the Veilguard last month and have been itching to draw my character ever since. so today I finally got around to drawing Vindell Rook!

Just like last year, this page features spooky graphics, trick-or-treating, crafts and recipes, and other halloween goodies.

I've been working on a garden page since starting my backyard garden in june, and I finally finished it today!

I updated the layout of my recipes page, and added a new recipe: cajun chicken pasta!

starfall lake is a section of linwood where you can go and vibe with the fishies~

anyway, lots of new stuff on the site: new top navigation, sitemap, book club writings, homepage poll, blog post, and art. hopefully that means it's fun to explore if you haven't seen the site in a while!

I've been having a lot of fun playing neopets again, so I made a shrine to showcase my pets, current goals, and neopets-related art~

Let me preface this by saying I have not played the game, but I have watched a few streams and have of course seen all the social media buzz.

So back in april I got a seasonal job that ended last week, which means now I have a whole lot of free time again!

I have made an advent calendar to celebrate the holiday season!

I've been wanting to make a personality quiz for a while now and I finally got around to it over the long thanksgiving weekend!

today I learned how to code an rss feed (which wasn't that difficult), so now I just have to remember to update it every time I update my site or write a new blog entry.

I've been playing one of the games on my long list of games I still need to play, so now I’m gonna talk about how much I love it!

A kind of follow up to my virtual pet sites post.

In the past few years social media has left me feeling stressed out and isolated.

Recently I joined two new pet sites, so I decided that’s what I wanna talk about this week!

Hello, I’ve never had a blog before (besides tumblr but that’s different), and I don’t write often so this will be interesting.
