For some time, the Facebook algorithm has been pushing posts from a group called "People Fighting Against the Marten" onto my feed.

So I am still in that phase where I try to cosplay as some tech savvy guy from the early 90s, I am setting up bash scripts I forget about immediately, and use neovim to never finish 2D games in C++.

Numbers are really bad.

So I am working on a small game, my second ever, to learn C++ and gamedev.

So after my first ever finished game (chess) my second game is underway.

I mean very technically speaking: I have written a computer program which is also a game. -- Is it chess...?

The title sorta says it all: if I want to find game development, game design, art etc themed blogs/posts what is the most efficient way?

I have been working on a simple little chess program in C++ for the past couple of days, and I've made some interesting observations about chess that I wasn't consciously aware of until now.

In 2025 I played a few RPGs, and I have just realised I am one of those people obsessed with loot.
