weird web october #2!

i'm trying out another month-long website challenge!

so i lost track of doing blaugust posts for a bit. it was probably bound to happen at some point; i'll consider it a success if i manage to get at least 15 posts out in august, rather than every single day, but i ended up swamped with preparation for flam…

<~ back to blog ♥ newsletter: 🔥 flamecon is this weekend!

♥ blaugust 10 / hobby log: felt pins posted Sunday August 10 2025 #blaugust / what is blaugust?

currently... -> it's 10:20pm, and i am sleepy / listening to pinkshift's whole discography on loop / just finished reading the river has roots by amal el-mohtar / working on some last minute prints for flamecon i'm trying not to skip any days for blaugust.

i wrote a rather long & detailed blog entry yesterday, so i'm keeping it short and sweet today, since it's already 11pm and i don't have much interesting to report. currently there's a cat sleeping on my lap with her little face tucked into my arm, which…

blaugust 04: long live the black parade posted Monday August 04 2025 #blaugust / what is blaugust?

it's pretty nice outside; i'm catsitting right now & sitting with the windows open and my best friend's cat on my chest. my blog post for today is a collection of lists — i might update this from time to time in the future, so consider this an ongoing pag…

i went to html day in brooklyn today!

friday august 01 2025 / #blaugust / what is blaugust?

currently… -> it's hot!!!!!

i've got some events coming up!

new page!

a couple small changes to my original characters page!

this page is, honestly, as much for me as it is for you. i always lose track of where to look for various conventions, zine fairs, art book fairs, and etc to apply to table at, so here's a list of lists — places that collect that sort of information!

i got into TCAF (the toronto comic arts festival) again this year, which is in mid-june, and i've been trying for the past week to puzzle out whether or not i'll be going. this post is sort of an aimless worrying about that question, and doesn't really co…

i wouldn't usually make a blog entry update into a whole rss entry, but i want to spread the word of the fantastic tool someone made inspired by my "like button" post!

want to code your own portfolio site, but not sure where to start?

after finishing thumbnailing a bunch of comic pages today, i wanted to see if i could figure out something that seems like it should be really simple: adding a 'like' button to my blog posts. this is, apparently, the most difficult thing anyone's ever don…

the year of the blog 2025.03.06 currently… -> it's an hour after therapy, and i've accidentally let my coffee get cold, which is a tragedy the likes of which no one has ever experienced in history / listening to behind the bastards' episodes on versailles,

i'm catching up on old disposable camera stuff — i have about 6 waiting to be developed (whoops!)

welcome to my brand new rss feed!
