Thought I´d give a little update on the last post.

I signed up for Cloudways Flexible Managed VPS and will be experimenting with running the site on a server from Digital Ocean.

There is an intermittent issue with the Sign In form : sometimes you can be redirected to the landing page, while still logged out.

Some tweaks today to the flashcard layout, and fixes.

The Study search box now matches your custom keywords.

The Study Search box was refactored today.

On request I have restored the Skip and Delete options in the Flashcard dropdown menu during reviews.

The Edit Flashcard dialog in the Study pages now allows to move new cards to the Restudy pile.

The notification (also called a "toast") that appears at top of screen after you add a flashcard was a little buggy.

The website was down today for 30-40 minutes.

The Edit Keyword dialog now displays a count of characters left when editing a keyword.

There is now a counter for new flashcards shown next to the Add Flashcard button on the Study pages.

The Add Card button on the Study page no longer opens a dialog.

The website wasn't sending emails for some time now.

January sales ended.

December sales ended.

Three weeks ago I pushed an update that restores email capacity for account related emails like registration and password update (crucially).

Update: November sales ended.

I'm sorry for the lack of news lately.

I'm sharing a very first draft mockup for what could be a new dialog, improving the navigation between Study pages.

A small fix deployed today to address an error in how the SRS bar chart displays flashcard counts when it is "compacted" in portrait mode (typically viewing on a smartphone).

The "View All Lessons" page (previously known as "Check progress") is now linked to directly in the main desktop and mobile navigation.

Sometime early morning CET this Sunday May 12th, the server ran into a major issue.

Yesterday I did a simple fix to restore functionality on some Study pages.

It's not very obvious on the website but you can add multiple cards at once.

Some days ago I received a message from Google that the Kanji Koohii email account was suspended.

The kanji on the flashcards of the Vocab Shuffle modes now correctly opens the Study page instead of flipping the card.

Issues with sending account related emails as well as the contact form are hopefully fixed now.

I'm aware that here is some kind of server issue that prevents email from being sent.
