We went to the boys’ old apartment, where they were cleaning up, to pick up a bike I’d lent them awhile ago.

I tried to stay off screens today and it was very helpful!

Ohhhh, well, it’s been a day.

It’s been an okay, quiet day, but I don’t have a lot to say tonight.

Jaime and I went to brunch today.

I’ve talked before about how much I enjoy getting back to my barista roots and making drinks for the family.

Today started off with a bang when I was still under the covers checking email and realized Thrive Market had charged me again.

Autumn has landed!

Blaugust is over so I had to come up with something else.

Last night, just after midnight, I got a text from the youngest that cracked me up.

The best thing about Blaugust being over won’t be that I can stop writing daily posts, it will be that I can stop worrying about whether they’re past midnight or not!

My friend Zoe came over today, t’was LOVELY!

The grocery store that I describe in this post, where I have had some bad panic attacks before, came up again today.

We had a little funeral for Seb today.

In 2018 our youngest, Jupiter, asked us for a leopard gecko.

We have an eight-year-old leopard gecko, Sebastian, who seems to be very sick tonight.

The day started with painting my coffee.

It’s possible I’m getting a little burned out on Blaugust.

I had the best day!

We recently started playing games on Board Game Arena with friends, an asynchronous dealio where several times a day I get sent an email that says, “Hollie, it’s your turn at Forest Shuffle”.

I made some food miscalculations in regard to the MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome), and had to take some rescue med for those symptoms, which knocked me out for half the day.

Decluttering didn’t happen much today, I was very very tired and had to rest up for our evening RPG, so I didn’t do much more than have a little fun with the label maker.

This might be my shortest post so far Blaugust, which is kind of ironic since I led a beloved family member through the subscribing process so they’ll get these posts in email.
