I’ve noticed a pattern over the past few months.

In early August, I made my first visit to Sydney, Australia (yes, ever), for a whirlwind set of meetings, coffees, space tours, dinners, coffees, discussions, and two-ish keynotes at Flexible Workspace Australia‘s 2026 national conference.

The other day, I was helping untangle an integration between two business systems.

As the major brand partnerships for 2026 get finalized, I’ve spent a lot of time running over how the year’s gone for ThisWeekInCoworking, and our various properties, channels and shows.

Many of my newer connections may not know that I once founded a company with the goal of increasing the value of coworking memberships everywhere.

On March 6th, we will once again be producing the annual Coworking Alliance Summit.

In October 2013 I founded included.co.
