I read Niq‘s article and I feel it.

Since the half marathon, I’ve barely put on my running shoes.

As technically savvy people, we tend to feel immune to phishing attacks.

On the Spa Day, I started reading a new book (awesome!).

It has become a yearly tradition that we spend a long weekend in Vienna.

For the first time in three or four years, my wife and I spoiled ourselves with a spa day.

I am not good with those monthly reviews and I envy Jan-Lukas for his endurance in writing them.

It’s race day.

I started the year with a 10k.

When you live with small kids, you’re surrounded by „firsts“.

A more or less yearly tradition.

I spent a few days in office and since going to office is a longer journey for me, I used the time in the train for blog tinkering.

We‘re addicted to our phones.

It didnt’ take an hour after releasing my AMA post that I received the first question.

A few days ago, Kev published an article where he answered a question, brought to him via his Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) post.

I stumbled upon Matt‘s blog post from last year again, where he lists what he spends on subscriptions each month.

We have a few days off and I thought this is a nice opportunity to blog again.

my take: I didn’t know this was a book.

The fist month of 2026 is the over.

I am on the train to the office and finally found the inspiration bring something on this blog: the “travel log” of our bikepacking trip to Venice last year.

Back in 2019, I wrote an article on how to run a hugo blog on uberspace (🇩🇪).

It feels good to start the new year with a sporting success.

The new year is a few days old.

1st of January is ideal to think about the upcoming year.

I am a political person.

I loaded the Apple Books App to my phone and started reading books when bored during the day or before going to bed.

Over the holidays, I was thinking about my blogging workflow.

We bought our beloved little red car when it was three years old, and it’s been with us for the last ten years.

The final 60 km.

Descent day.

The toughest day for me.

No breakfast at the hotel, so we start by riding 4 km uphill to an M-Preis.

We sleep well and enjoy a good breakfast while planning the day.

A relaxed start thanks to yesterday’s booking chaos.

I wake up at 5:30 a.m.

“I’m nervous,” D texts me just after 6 a.m.

The excitement is building.
