Donut's Thoughts

I tend to chat with a friend of mine about the "current state of beat 'em ups" a ton.

This post is pretty much "in retrospective" - I should have wrote this in 2023, but well I didn't.

Years ago, around this time in February 2024, my friends and I ran into this particular Eater NY list.

Despite 3 lengthy posts about my thoughts on media tracking sites, I still admittedly have not tried everything or had much to say about some sites!

Part 3 of my various thoughts on media tracking and the various sites I've used - this section dives into the ones I've tried regarding to anime, TV and movies.

Part 2 of my series about media tracking and the sites I've used - this section in particular is about websites focused on video games!

For the last two years or so, I have made one of my "New Years resolutions" focused more about completing media I enjoy (particularly video games), as I tend to wander off something even if I do enjoy it.

I'd say it's been a while since I've enjoyed a movie so unabashedly being what its loves and wants to be, but I did watch Glass Onion like two months ago.

I wanna get to this sometime next month, but reflecting a ton on Unpacking (+ Firewatch & Lake) I really want to write some small thoughts on the value of mundanity in games - especially gamifying it to showcase the value most ignore therein

Each year, I usually do a small 3x3 of the music I've listened to and really loved that year.
