Dragonchasers

While The Planet Crafter is a new-to-me game (it hit Xbox and Xbox Game Pass last month) it came out on Steam a long time ago (April 2024) and it’s popular enough that plenty has been written about it.

I figured if I’m going to give myself the OK to quit games, I’ve gotta find a new way to squeeze blog posts out of them.

There are certain challenges in life that, in reflection, I have spent way too much time and energy on over the course of my life.

This was a tough week and I don’t feel like I made much progress.

The title is a joke, get it?

I don’t even remember why I bought the lastest expansion for Diablo IV.

I have a fraught relationship with social media (I suspect I am not alone in this).

The Planet Crafter is yet another survival-box game that happened to hit Xbox Game Pass just as my Solarpunk infatuation was starting to wane.

Hell is Us hit Game Pass a little bit ago.

I mentioned over on Mastodon that I was coming to the end of my time with Solarpunk, not because I’m tired of the game but just because I’ve unlocked pretty much everything [I think] other than decorative items and I am not much of a decorator (sadly).
