DJ Kippax – Free Old School DJ Mixes, Scratching & Hip Hop

Whilst browsing HackerNews i came across: https://faircamp.org/ – a static website generator for creating Bandcamp style websites.

A collection of interesting stuff which I’ve been digging this week… In the era of AI slop and bullshit I think it’s important to post human created content and link out to real creators.

I’ve always been into my techno and have been finding some really good tunes lately.

I recently performed at the superb The Ferret in Preston with the UK hip hop duo Seek the Northerner and Lomax.

I’ve finally cleared some work and a backlog of stuff.

Here’s a bit of freestyles scratching which i did for Seek the Northerner for his new forthcoming track.

I’m proud to announce that my cuts and scratches have been featured on a record by local UK hip hop legend Seek the Northerner.

Myself, Seek The Northerner & Mike Lomax will be performing in Preston next week, supporting non other than Jeru The Damaja and others.

I’m starting an interesting links page/feature to this site.

Well, back in June 2024 we hosted another Cut Above the Rest @ The Electric Circus in Burnley.
