AI was not going to read my journal.

When people ask me how I define customer success, I describe its purpose as value creation and value capture.

As a proud subscriber to the Seattle Symphony and Seattle Chamber Music Festival, I go to a lot of concerts.

As a high school drama club nerd, there was no show with more buzz than Wicked.

“It’s late stage capitalism!”

I decided to put our cursed blessing, an always-connected world, to the test on my flight from Seattle to New York.

I recently went to the Seattle Symphony to hear Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3 with Yulianna Avdeeva at the piano, followed by Bruckner’s monumental Symphony No. 4.

I’m relieved to finally launch my personal website and blog today!
