So the big summer event participation has come to a close, and it's time to shift my efforts toward other facets of my art endeavors.

I, for one, had to look up what "ferruginous" meant.

Wow, what a weekend!

Yet another bird from my list of requests is completed!

I've fielded a lot of requests lately, and my list never seems to get shorter!

So Friday Night Markets has come to a close.

For those of you who don't know, I have a newsletter.

I made another bird on my livestream: an American Dipper.

There are many "styles" of Halloween out there.

Friday, August 28th was the second evening of the Friday Night Market experience in Arcata, California.

Ravens are incredibly popular here in Humboldt County.

I went on a boat ride with a friend a couple weeks ago.

I'm realizing that perhaps I don't need to share my work on social media platforms as much as I may have thought or been led to believe.

The internet is not a good place to sell or post things anymore.

I had been using a Pixma Pro 200 by Canon since 2021.

What a wonderfully busy life artists lead.

On June 6th & 7th and again on June 13th & 14th, I'll be opening my home for patrons to come see my art studio as part of North Coast Open Studios.

I've been working on a new piece recently that incorporates a lot of subjects and features I've wanted to toy with for a while.

Eureka Friday Night Market is coming up again, and it marks a year since I first started selling my artwork in a live venue.

So the recent Godwit Days festival in Arcata, CA exposed me to some awesome people.

I was a vendor at Godwit Days a couple weekends ago, on April 17-19, 2026.

I did a trial run of some homemade texture paste the other day.

I’m slowly getting around to getting most of my stuff up on my art storefront.

I love stories.

Well, it’s up!

This week I reached outside my comfort zone to create something new.

Over the last couple days, I've been creating new print listings.

Recently, I applied to have my work displayed at a local coffee and bagel shop here in Eureka, California called Frankie's NY Bagels.

So the platform I use for selling my greeting cards and all my other stuff is shutting down.

It’s no secret I make digital art.

I’ve made some new pieces recently.

Geez, these last couple weeks have been hard.

I've been working on a variety of different birds on my livestreams the last couple weeks.

I thought I might write a clever piece about lamenting loss and change and such, but then I realized I really don't have much that I regret this year.

I don’t really know how to articulate the depth of change that has happened to me this year.

I got this piece done recently on my livestreams.
